Electronic Mail
When you sign up for our newsletter, you agree to join Fundraysia’s mailing list whereby you will receive periodic product information by email. From time to time you may also receive other information on related products and services. Email messages will contain a preference centre feature should you wish to update your preferences or cease receiving electronic messages from Fundraysia.
Prices
Prices include GST. We reserve the right to revise any prices in the event of unforeseen circumstances or a change in the GST rate. The pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Conditions of sale
All seeds offered by us are guaranteed to comply at the time of delivery with the Biosecurity Australia Regulations currently in force. Information given about products is to the best of our knowledge and is for general guidance only. All dimensions and capacities are approximate; please also remember that environmental factors can affect plant growth.
Minimum order
There is no minimum order quantity for any of our fundraising options, however returns are only accepted when more than 50 units are purchased. Please view our Returns Policy for full details.
Special offer codes
All offer discounts may only be used once. Any offer discount may not be used in conjunction with any other money off voucher or offer.
Payment policy
Approved groups will receive a 30 day invoice if running a take home or stall campaign. Webshop, Order form drives and Mega Sample Sets require payment at the time of ordering. All organisations without an ABN, and individual fundraisers will need to pay a deposit at the time of ordering.
Payments can be made by credit card, direct deposit or cheque.
Postage and packaging
For Fundraiser orders, delivery is free for orders over 250 units. For all other orders, a $20 shipping and handling fee will be applied. All orders are shipped by courier, so we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
If you are part of a group fundraiser but are having the order shipped to you directly, the shipping fee will be $9.95.
How long will my order take to deliver?
We aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days of ordering. We dispatch by courier from Sydney, transit times will vary depend on your location.
ATTENTION CUSTOMERS IN WESTERN AUSTRALIA AND TASMANIA
Due to strict quarantine regulations in WA and Tas, seed orders may be subject to quarantine inspection. This may delay delivery by up to 7 days.
